Charlotte based company is looking for an experience Outbound Telesales Representative. Duties will include calling existing plan holders in order to inform, educate, and renew their product. Create and efficiently manage a call back schedule to reach and speak with assigned plan holders. Must have 2+ years of Outbound Telesales experience, general knowledge or office practices and procedures along with the ability to operate various equipment such as computer, copier, facsimile machine, and telephone systems. Strong date entry, communication and organizational skills are required. 1st shift (10am-6pm) with flexibility to work 1 Saturday out of the month. $19 hour + commission.
