About the Role:
HEALTHBRIDGE CA LLC is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Remote Pharmacy Technician to join our growing team based out of Huntington Beach, CA. Responsibilities:

• Process and verify prescription orders accurately and efficiently in a remote setting
• Communicate with patients, providers, and insurance companies to resolve prescription-related inquiries
• Perform prior authorization support and benefits investigation for patient medications
• Maintain accurate patient profiles and medication records in pharmacy management systems
• Assist pharmacists with data entry, order processing, and medication dispensing workflows
• Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations, HIPAA, and company policies
• Identify and escalate prescription discrepancies or clinical concerns to the supervising pharmacist

Requirements:

• Active California Pharmacy Technician license or registration required
• National certification (CPhT) through PTCB or NHA preferred
• Minimum 1–2 years of pharmacy technician experience (retail, mail-order, or specialty)
• Proficiency with pharmacy management software and electronic health records (EHR)
• Strong attention to detail with excellent data entry accuracy
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, distraction-free home workspace
• Excellent communication skills and a patient-first, customer service mindset
