A leading multifamily developer/GC is seeking an experience Project Manager to oversee a large-scale wood-frame residential project in the Greater Boston area. This is a REMOTE-FIRST POSITION with a limited site presence, offering strong long-term growth as multiple projects break ground locally.

Description
The Remote Project Manager will:
- Lead the full lifecycle of multifamily construction projects.
- Manage schedules, budgets, and subcontractor performance.
- Oversee project execution using Procore and related tools.
- Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Drive project timelines and proactively resolve risks/issues.
- Provide regular reporting and updates to senior leadership.
- Support multiple Boston-area as pipeline expands.
Profile
The successful Remote Project Manager should have:
- 10-15 years of constructio project management experience.
- Strong background delivering wood-frame multifamily projects.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale residential developments.
- Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be based in the Greater Boston area.
- Ability to attend site periodically (intially weekly, then bi-monthly)
Job Offer
The Remote Project Manager will receive:
- Competitve Base salary up to $200k
- 20% guaranteed bonus (paid quarterly)
