Remote Recruiter / Search Consultant

With more than 30 years in business, gpac is looking for motivated, personable individuals to join our team. This fully remote opportunity combines relationship building, recruiting, and business development, with the support of teammates who want to see you succeed.

No previous recruiting experience is required. We provide structured training, recruiting tools, ongoing coaching, and mentorship to help you get started and continue growing.

What You’ll Do

• Build relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates.
• Develop new business and help clients fill key positions.
• Find, interview, and connect qualified candidates with career opportunities.
• Coordinate interviews, conduct reference checks, and assist with offers and negotiations.
• Stay organized while managing multiple searches and relationships.

What You’ll Bring

• Strong communication skills and a personable, professional approach.
• Comfort making cold calls and building relationships over the phone.
• Self-motivation, persistence, and a willingness to learn.
• The ability to work independently, follow through, and handle information confidentially.

Experience in sales, recruiting, business development, or customer service is not required.
