This is a fully remote sales opportunity for a licensed insurance professional who is goal-oriented, personable, and eager to grow. If you have insurance sales experience and a strong work ethic, you'll have the opportunity to build lasting customer relationships and grow your career with a supportive agency.


What You'll Do

• Connect with prospective customers and identify their insurance needs.
• Conduct needs-based conversations and recommend appropriate coverage solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Educate customers on coverage options, products, and available discounts.
• Prepare and present personalized insurance quotes.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and customers to develop sales opportunities.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and additional ways to protect clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
• Maintain accurate customer information and policy documentation.
• Work independently while staying connected with the agency team.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

What We're Looking For
An active insurance license is required for this position.

• Active Property & Casualty insurance license required.
• Previous insurance sales experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and driven to succeed.
• Positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
• Strong follow-up and time-management skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
