Eidolon Life is seeking motivated individuals interested in developing a career in insurance sales and financial protection. This remote opportunity provides structured training, mentorship, and the flexibility to build a client-focused sales practice.

What You’ll Do

• Help individuals and families evaluate life insurance and financial protection needs

• Conduct virtual and phone-based client appointments

• Build and maintain client relationships

• Participate in weekly training, coaching, and professional development

• Develop sales and leadership skills through ongoing mentorship

• Build a business and, for those interested, develop and mentor a team

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated and able to work independently

• Coachable, accountable, and willing to learn

• Customer-focused mindset

• Sales or B2C experience is helpful but not required

• Life & Health insurance license, or willingness to obtain one

Compensation

This position is offered as a 1099 independent contractor opportunity.
Based on our typical earnings range for agents in these schedules, annual earnings may range from approximately 70,000–200,000+, depending on individual production, experience, and time invested. This is not a guaranteed salary or hourly wage. Licensing and carrier appointment requirements apply.
