Remote Sales Role | No Experience Required

Looking for a remote sales career with flexibility and room to grow? The Summers Agency is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as remote life and health insurance sales professionals. No previous insurance or sales experience is required. Both licensed agents and individuals willing to complete the state licensing process are welcome.

About the Role

You will help individuals and families explore life, health, and retirement coverage options. You will work with people who have already requested insurance information, so the role does not involve cold calling.

Your Responsibilities

• Connect with clients who have requested information about insurance coverage.
• Identify client needs and recommend suitable coverage options.
• Conduct appointments by phone or video call.
• Guide clients through the application process from start to finish.
• Maintain accurate client records and follow up to support policy placement.

What You Bring

• Strong communication skills and a self-motivated, coachable approach.
• A professional and reliable work ethic.
• Reliable internet access, a dependable computer, and a suitable remote workspace.
• An active qualifying insurance license, or the ability to obtain a state life and health insurance license.

Training and Support

• Warm leads provided, with no cold calling.
• Licensing guidance for eligible candidates.
• Onboarding, ongoing training, and mentorship from experienced team members.
• A streamlined sales platform to manage appointments and applications.

Compensation and Requirements

• 1099 independent contractor position with commission-only compensation. There is no base salary, hourly wage, or guaranteed income.
• Uncapped earning potential, with opportunities for performance-based bonuses.
• Must be a U.S. resident due to insurance licensing requirements.
• Licensing and any associated costs will be explained during the hiring process and are the responsibility of the candidate.
