Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate schedules for remote meetings, appointments, and events
- Manage calendars and ensure timely communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Organize travel arrangements and accommodations for team members
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate
- Update and maintain databases, filing systems, and other records
Essential Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a scheduling or administrative role
- Experience working remotely or in a virtual office environment
- Familiarity with legal or corporate environments
- Previous experience supporting multiple team members
Salary & Benefits:
