Job Description

Lead Construction Project Manager

Lead the execution of a 300-unit wood-frame, garden-style multifamily development in East Falmouth, MA. Manage all phases of construction from preconstruction through project closeout. Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractor coordination, procurement, and risk management. Collaborate with field operations, design teams, ownership groups, and executive leadership to ensure project success. Drive project performance, quality control, safety initiatives, and client satisfaction. Utilize Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office to manage project documentation, reporting, and communication. Monitor project milestones and proactively resolve issues that could impact cost or schedule. Provide leadership to project teams while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and subcontractors. Report directly to senior leadership and play a key role in delivering projects within a growing regional portfolio.

The successful applicant will have 10+ years of construction project management experience. Proven experience leading large-scale wood-frame multifamily construction projects. Strong understanding of multifamily development, budgeting, scheduling, and project controls. Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain clear communication across teams. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Must be located within the Greater Boston area. Willingness to travel to the project site periodically, including weekly visits during project startup.

What's on offer includes a base salary of $160,000 - $200,000, a guaranteed 20% bonus (paid quarterly), a $700/month vehicle allowance, medical, dental, vision coverage, 3 weeks PTO, and additional company benefits.
