We are looking for a motivated, personable, and Spanish-bilingual Account Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, building lasting relationships, and identifying opportunities to better protect our clients through personalized insurance solutions.

As an Account Manager, you will serve as a key point of contact for clients calling our local office for assistance with their Farmers Insurance policies. While Farmers provides service support for certain policies, our agency plays an important role in maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring a positive customer experience, and identifying opportunities to grow our existing book of business.

What Were Looking For:

Fluency in both English and Spanish.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

A sales-minded approach with the ability to identify cross-selling opportunities naturally and professionally.

A proactive, organized, and detail-oriented mindset.

The ability to build rapport, solve problems, and handle client concerns with empathy.

Insurance experience is a plus, but we welcome candidates who have strong customer service and sales skills and are eager to learn.

Salary Range: $40000.00 - $60000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Client Service: Assist clients with policy questions, service requests, billing inquiries, and other insurance-related needs while providing a professional and welcoming experience.

Cross-Selling & Account Growth: Proactively identify opportunities to offer additional coverage and recommend appropriate insurance products to help clients protect their homes, vehicles, businesses, and families.

Client Retention: Build strong relationships with existing clients, address concerns, follow up on service needs, and help prevent policy cancellations by ensuring clients feel valued and supported.

Relationship Building: Develop trust with clients by understanding their needs and providing personalized service and insurance solutions.

Spanish-Language Support: Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring they understand their coverage options and feel confident in their insurance decisions.

Agency Growth: Help strengthen our existing book of business by turning everyday service interactions into opportunities to deepen relationships, improve retention, and increase account value.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, with the ability to provide professional service in both languages.

Valid Property and Casualty Insurance License in Colorado.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple insurance software platforms simultaneously.

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain organized client files.

Previous experience in customer service or insurance account management.
