What You Will Do

  • Conduct structured phone interviews with candidates who have already expressed interest in our opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records and progress notes within our CRM system to ensure a smooth pipeline flow.
  • Collaborate with candidates remotely, walking them through each step of the onboarding journey from document submission to first-day readiness.
  • Provide clear and timely feedback to applicants, fostering a positive experience even for those who don't proceed.
  • Liaise with internal teams to align candidate readiness with operational needs.

Who We Are Looking For

We need someone with a sharp ear for conversation and a calm, methodical approach to screening. You should be comfortable working independently from a home office in the Asheville area, with the discipline to manage your own schedule. Prior recruitment experience is helpful but not mandatory—what matters most is your ability to listen actively, ask the right questions, and keep candidates engaged without pushing.

Technology & Setup Requirements

  • A reliable computer (desktop or laptop) with a modern operating system.
  • A smartphone with stable cellular service for backup communication.
  • High-speed internet connection that supports clear voice calls and CRM access.
  • You must be operating as a corporate entity (LLC with EIN). If you don't have one yet, we provide step-by-step guidance during training to help you file it correctly.

Compensation & Structure

Your weekly pay falls between $1,000 and $2,000, issued under a 1099 independent contractor agreement. There are no caps on your earning potential; your income scales with your ability to screen and convert qualified candidates from the warm leads we provide. This is a fully remote role with flexible hours, though you'll need to maintain consistent availability for candidate calls during peak application windows.
