In this role, you will help clients plan and coordinate memorable travel experiences while providing exceptional service throughout the entire planning process. Working remotely, you'll assist travelers by researching destinations, organizing customized itineraries, coordinating reservations, and offering knowledgeable recommendations based on their travel goals and preferences.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, schedules, and budgets.
• Research destinations, resorts, cruises, vacation packages, transportation, and activities.
• Coordinate reservations for accommodations, cruises, tours, and other travel services.
• Prepare customized itineraries tailored to each client's needs and preferences.
• Communicate with clients by phone, email, and online platforms to provide updates and answer questions.
• Assist with reservation changes, itinerary modifications, and travel-related requests.
• Maintain accurate records of client information and booking details.
• Stay informed on destination updates, supplier promotions, and travel industry trends.
• Provide professional customer support before, during, and after each client's travel experience.

Experience

• Previous customer service, hospitality, sales, retail, or administrative experience is beneficial but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
• Comfortable using online technology and learning new reservation systems.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Passion for travel and creating positive customer experiences.
• Willingness to complete company-provided training and participate in ongoing professional development.
