Remote Travel Agent

As a Remote Travel Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in planning and booking their dream vacations. This includes researching and recommending destinations, creating customized itineraries, and handling all aspects of the booking process. Your excellent communication skills and attention to detail will ensure that our clients have a seamless and stress-free travel experience.

Responsibilities:

- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and online chat to understand their travel needs and preferences

- Research and recommend destinations, flights, accommodations, and activities based on client's budget and preferences

- Create customized itineraries and travel packages for clients

- Handle all aspects of the booking process, including making reservations, processing payments, and issuing travel documents

- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the entire travel process

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, travel regulations, and new destinations to better serve our clients

- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient booking process

- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the company

Requirements

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Strong knowledge of popular travel destinations, airlines, and hotel chains

- Proficient in using online booking systems and Microsoft Office

- Ability to work independently and remotely

- Must be located in the US, Mexico, or Australia
