We are seeking a Remote Travel Agent based in Savannah, Georgia, to support clients throughout the entire travel booking process, from the initial inquiry through the completion of their trip. Key Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand their travel goals, preferences, budgets, and timelines.
- Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities that match client needs.
- Book and manage travel arrangements from start to finish, including flights, lodging, tours, and related services.
- Prepare clear itineraries and provide clients with accurate travel documentation and information.
- Guide clients through each stage of the booking process, answering questions and addressing concerns promptly.
- Handle changes, cancellations, and rebookings, and assist clients with issues that arise before or during travel.
- Maintain accurate client records and booking details.
- Follow up with clients after their trips to ensure satisfaction and encourage future bookings.
