Remote Travel Experience Planner

We are seeking a detail-oriented Remote Travel Experience Planner to research destinations, organize vacation details, and develop personalized travel experiences based on each client's interests and preferences. This role combines destination research, itinerary planning, organization, and client communication. Training resources and ongoing guidance are provided to help you build your knowledge of travel products, planning procedures, and industry tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Research destinations, accommodations, cruise options, attractions, and vacation experiences
• Develop organized itineraries that reflect client preferences, schedules, and travel budgets
• Compare travel options and present relevant information to support planning decisions
• Gather trip requirements and communicate with clients about their preferences
• Assist with coordinating reservations, travel schedules, and itinerary updates
• Organize confirmation details, travel documentation, and client records
• Research activities, local transportation, destination highlights, and seasonal considerations
• Maintain accurate information throughout the travel planning process
• Continue learning about destinations, travel products, and industry developments

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort using online research tools, computers, and digital platforms
• Ability to prioritize responsibilities and manage time independently
