You'll be the trusted guide helping clients plan unforgettable vacations, cruises, and travel experiences. Working remotely, you'll coordinate reservations, research destinations, and provide personalized travel recommendations across multiple platforms and suppliers.

Responsibilities

* Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, cruises, vacation packages, and travel experiences tailored to client preferences.

* Coordinate travel reservations and confirm booking details with travel suppliers.

* Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms with timely, professional service.

* Maintain accurate travel records and documentation while ensuring data integrity.

* Review reservation information for accuracy and completeness before final confirmation.

* Provide pre- and post-travel support, answering questions and resolving travel-related concerns.

* Uphold company policies, procedures, and customer service standards consistently.

Qualifications

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong customer service orientation.

* Proven organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.

* Proficiency with computers, web-based applications, email, and CRM systems.

* Reliable high-speed internet connection and dedicated home workspace.

* Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in your country of residence.

* Prior experience in travel, hospitality, customer service, or administrative roles is a plus but not required.
