We are seeking patient, resourceful individuals to help travelers identify and coordinate vacation options that account for mobility concerns, dietary preferences, sensory needs, medical equipment, limited walking tolerance, room-location requests, and other personal considerations.
This role does not provide medical advice or guarantee that every request can be accommodated. Instead, the coordinator gathers accurate information, communicates requests to the appropriate supplier, and helps clients make informed choices.
What You Will Handle
A client may need a wheelchair-accessible cruise cabin, a resort with elevators, airport assistance, refrigerated medication storage, allergy-conscious dining, or a room located near central amenities. Another traveler may simply need a slower itinerary with fewer hotel changes and realistic rest periods.
Your responsibility is to identify these needs early and research appropriate options before the client commits to a reservation.
