Remote Vacation Planning Coordinator

Join our team as a Remote Vacation Planning Coordinator and help clients create unforgettable vacation memories. We're seeking someone who loves the details of vacation planning and takes pride in connecting people with the perfect travel experiences.

Your day to day will include conducting thorough research on vacation destinations, packages, and travel providers to match client interests and budgets, managing reservations across hotels, resorts, cruises, and vacation packages, developing personalized travel itineraries with all necessary details and logistics, coordinating with travel providers to confirm bookings and resolve any questions, supporting clients throughout their vacation planning journey with responsive and helpful communication, and ensuring every aspect of their travel plan is organized and ready.

This role combines the art of listening to what clients want with the skill of organizing complex travel logistics. You'll be the person clients trust to handle their vacation from initial research through final confirmation.

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States.
