Remote Virtual Customer Support Agent

Davidson's, Inc. is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Remote Virtual Customer Support Agent to assist customers and authorized dealers through email, online chat, and other approved communication channels.

The successful candidate will respond to routine inquiries, provide order-related updates, maintain accurate customer records, and work with internal teams to help resolve service issues. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through email, live chat, and other approved digital channels.
• Assist authorized dealers with routine account questions, order status updates, shipping inquiries, and general service requests.
• Provide accurate information using approved company systems, resources, and procedures.
• Record customer interactions and update information in customer relationship management (CRM) and order management systems.
• Investigate routine service concerns and coordinate with the appropriate internal departments.
• Escalate complex issues to supervisors or specialized teams when necessary.
• Follow up on outstanding customer requests to help ensure timely resolution.
• Protect confidential customer and company information.
• Maintain professional communication and follow applicable company policies and compliance procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service, virtual support, email support, or chat support experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable using computers, email platforms, spreadsheets, and online support tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
• Good problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable home workspace.
