Renewal Specialist

Invitation Homes is a place where possibility lives.Your Role on the Team The Renewal Specialist is responsible for negotiating and finalizing lease renewals with current residents in the assigned market. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service throughout the renewal process while ensuring the achievement of renewal metrics and goals set by market leadership.Initiate communication with current residents to discuss and present lease renewal options.Negotiate lease renewals in accordance with asset management guidelines to meet renewal targets.Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing resident inquiries and concerns throughout the renewal process.Accurately prepare and process lease documents in a timely manner.Foster a collaborative and professional working environment with colleagues, supervisors, and external parties.Provide administrative support, including clerical tasks, data entry, and document processing.Assist with special projects as required.Support department staff within the assigned region as needed.Your Experience Includes High school Diploma or GEDAn active Real Estate license is required for this roleBroad residential leasing knowledgeProven experience in customer service or administrative functionsExperience in the property management or maintenance industry is helpfulExcellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detailStrong verbal and written communication skillsEffective customer service and conflict resolution skillsTechnological proficiency including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and AdobeBenefits Competitive pay and an annual bonus program for all associatesGenerous paid time off plans including vacation accrual, sick time, volunteer time, and standard and floating holidays401(k) with matching company contributionsAwesome work environment with casual dressTeam events and gatheringsEmployee resource groups: Together with Women, Asian Alliance, Black Collective, Juntos, Gen Next, and Open InvitationSalary Range The salary range for this position is: $27.82 - $48.22, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
