Build and lead the Platform Engineering team, which is creating and supporting the development platforms in use by our other engineering teams, such as providing shared CI/CD capabilities, building and maintaining reference implementations of key technologies, and maintaining core engineering infrastructure, such as our event bus. Foster communication and collaboration across development teams, facilitating knowledge sharing, and helping engineers have a broader perspective than just their own area of expertise to help them grow and make better decisions.
