We are looking for a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Rental Agent | Loaner Vehicle Coordinator to join our Service Department.

What You'll Do:

·       Coordinate rental and loaner vehicles for Service Department guests.

·       Assist customers with vehicle check-in, check-out, and rental agreements.

·       Explain rental policies, vehicle features, and return procedures.

·       Inspect vehicles, document mileage, fuel levels, and any damage.

·       Maintain accurate rental records and vehicle availability.

·       Work closely with Service Advisors to ensure a seamless guest

experience.

·       Deliver the exceptional level of service our Land Rover guests expect.

What We're Looking For:

·       Outstanding customer service and communication skills.

·       Professional, friendly, and polished demeanor.

·       Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

·       Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

·       Dependable, team-oriented, and customer-focused.

·       Previous rental, hospitality, or automotive experience is a plus, but not

required.

·       Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
