Managed Labor Solutions (MLS), a leading nationwide rental car outsourcing company, is looking for the next great leader as a Rental Car Shift Supervisor at our airport location.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead your team to ensure they complete daily tasks and are meeting performance standard levels
- Provide training to new hires providing the necessary tools and information to foster success
- Provide amazing service and professionalism to our customers
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures and help drive a safety focus
- Represent the company values, vision and culture to all associates
- Work under minimal supervision and have excellent time management skills
- Follow direction of Management and able to reach, stretch, bend and sit for long periods at a time
- Provide needed reports on performance targets and maintain the operation
- Able to adapt to changing schedules and perform other job-related duties as required

What we require:
- Valid driver's license (non CDL)
- A clean driving record is great but not required
- 21 years of age or older
- HS Diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of previous supervisory experience
- Have experience driving a variety of vehicles
- Flexible with schedule to work night, weekends and holidays as needed
