Responsibilities

• Expedite and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to resolve routine issues
• Research and resolve customer order problems and disputes with professionalism
• Interpret customer needs and offer solutions using available tools and information
• Apply working knowledge of product/service features to support customer businesses
• Utilize multiple systems, including Excel, SAP, and PowerBI, to manage and report on orders
• Coordinate problem resolution with alternate sources as needed
• Maintain organized, detailed records of customer interactions and order status

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 5 years' experience in customer order management or related field
• High School Diploma required
• Proficient in Excel, SAP, and PowerBI
• Demonstrated working knowledge of business practices and customer service procedures
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work with moderate supervision, accountable for results

Preferred Skills

• Experience in contract or on-site roles
• Exposure to fast-paced, high-volume order environments
• Advanced reporting or data analysis skills
