THE JOB:

As an Events & Promotions Representative at Borgata, you will play a key role in supporting all facets of Special Events and Promotions. Your responsibilities will be carried out in alignment with departmental policies and procedures, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests and memorable event execution.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Demonstrate customer service in line with SHOW standards.

• Perform assigned duties at all special events and promotions.

• Registers guests for events and issue complimentary items.

• Ensure that all items issued have been properly redeemed to players accounts.

• Responsible for gift card cashiering.

• Unload stock and prepare gifts for distribution.

• Comply with all NJ Regulatory requirements.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience required

• Required to work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays

• 1+ Years of Prior Customer Service preferred

Pay Rate:

The rate for this role is:

$20.00

 

This rate represents a good faith estimate of the wage rate that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire.

 

Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage.

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
