Protech Staffing is hiring Soldering Technicians / Electronics Assemblers for a temperature controlled repair center in Fontana, CA. This is a great opportunity for candidates with soldering experience, electronic assembly, PCB assembly, or production technician backgrounds who want hands-on experience in electronics manufacturing, repair, and testing.

Position Details
Position: Soldering Technician / Electronics Assembler
Location: Fontana, CA
Pay: $20.26 $24.00 per hour, paid weekly
Shift: 1st shift | MondayFriday | 5:00am1:30pm (+ OT)
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire | Full-Time
Work Environment: Temperature controlled repair center / Electronics manufacturing
What Youll Do
Perform soldering and de-soldering of surface mount and thru-hole components.
Assemble, rework, and repair electronic components and circuit boards (PCB assembly).
Conduct basic testing, inspection, and troubleshooting to ensure product quality.
Identify and replace faulty components using basic diagnostic tools.
Follow work instructions, schematics, diagrams, and assembly procedures.
Maintain production quality and meet daily output goals.
Follow strict ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) safety procedures.
What Youll Bring
13 years of soldering or electronic assembly experience preferred.
Experience in electronics manufacturing, PCB assembly, or a production environment a plus.
Ability to use hand tools and basic test equipment (multimeter preferred).
Ability to read work instructions and basic diagrams (schematics a plus).
Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset.
Willingness to learn electronic repair and troubleshooting skills.
Basic computer and data entry skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
