Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Here's what it takes to make yours count.

• Associate degree in Electronics or equivalent hands-on experience
• 3-5 years of telecom or electronics repair experience
• Experience using test equipment including Digital Multimeters, Oscilloscopes, Spectrum Analyzers, and Component Analyzers
• Ability to read and follow technical instructions and repair procedures
• Basic Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Strong troubleshooting, time management, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt in a dynamic work environment
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift medium to heavy equipment as needed
• Comfortable using hand tools for extended periods
• Corrected 20/20 vision required

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot electronic equipment failures at the component level
• Perform repairs and testing on telecom equipment to meet quality and compliance standards
• Solder and desolder through-hole and surface mount components
• Maintain accurate repair documentation and provide daily status updates
• Monitor spare parts inventory and report discrepancies as needed
• Assist with developing troubleshooting and repair procedures
• Collaborate with internal teams to support customer satisfaction and operational goals
• Participate in team meetings and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Perform additional duties as assigned
