Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Reporting Analyst with strong expertise in data reporting, dashboard development, and business analytics. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tableau, Splunk, and Amazon QuickSight, along with the ability to transform complex data into meaningful business insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, Splunk, and Amazon QuickSight.

• Gather reporting requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into actionable analytics solutions.

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.

• Develop and automate recurring reports, KPIs, and operational metrics.

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across reporting platforms.

• Monitor dashboard performance and improve efficiency and usability.

• Support executive reporting with meaningful visualizations and data-driven recommendations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements.

• Perform data validation, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.

• Maintain reporting documentation, data dictionaries, and user guides.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in reporting, dashboard development, or business analytics.

• Strong hands-on experience with Tableau, Splunk, and Amazon QuickSight.

• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.

• Experience with report automation and performance optimization.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Telecom / Cable industry experience.

• Experience supporting executive reporting and operational analytics.
