Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Research Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in conducting market research, analyzing data, and providing insights to support business decisions. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape

- Collect and analyze data from various sources, including surveys, reports, and databases

- Develop and maintain databases to track market and industry data

- Create reports and presentations to communicate research findings to management and other stakeholders

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights and recommendations to support business decisions

- Monitor and track the performance of our company and our competitors

- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and changes in market conditions

- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve business performance

- Participate in meetings and presentations with clients and potential partners as a subject matter expert on market and industry trends

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in market research or a related field

- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

- Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools, such as Excel and Tableau

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Knowledge of the HVAC, plumbing, or electrical industry is a plus
