    Location: New Orleans, LA

    Corporate Realty is a full-service commercial real estate company specializing in brokerage, property management, and consulting services throughout Louisiana and the Gulf South. Our team provides expert market knowledge and strategic insights that help clients make informed real estate decisions across office, retail, industrial, and multifamily sectors.
     
    Position Overview:
    We are seeking a graduating college senior or a candidate with 1-2 years of experience working at another real estate company to join our team as a Research Analyst. This entry level position plays a critical part in supporting our brokers and clients by providing market data, financial analysis, and research to drive strategic decision-making.
     
    The Research Analyst position is designed as a strong entry point into the commercial real estate industry, offering direct mentorship from experienced brokers and leadership. Analysts gain hands-on exposure to active deals, market strategy, and client engagement. This role is intended to transition to a brokerage role in 12-24 months.
     
    Primary Responsibilities:
    • Maintain and update property databases and research platforms
    • Prepare market surveys, availabilities, and competitive analyses
    • Analyze lease and sales comparables
    • Perform financial modeling and analysis to support valuations and deal underwriting
    • Assist in the preparation of proposals, reports, and client presentations
    • Track market trends, developments, and new inventory
    • Support company-wide marketing, research, and business development initiatives
     
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree required (Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field)
    • Recent graduate or 1-2 years of experience working at a real estate company preferred
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
    • Proficiency in AI experience
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong analytical mindset with a collaborative approach to problem-solving
