Support research,
development, and laboratory activities for diagnostic and scientific projects
through experimental design, bench execution, data analysis, and
cross -functional collaboration.<\/span><\/span>

Key Responsibilities:<\/span><\/span><\/u><\/b>
<\/p>- Design
and execute experimental plans to support project objectives.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - Conduct
laboratory bench experiments, make observations, analyze data, and
interpret results.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - Prepare
technical reports, summaries, and quantitative analyses.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - Develop
and optimize laboratory methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - Troubleshoot
experimental issues and implement corrective actions.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - Identify
opportunities to improve laboratory processes and workflows.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - Participate
in or lead cross -functional technical teams, including investigations and
project teams.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - Present
experimental procedures, findings, and project updates to teams and
stakeholders.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - Contribute
to problem solving, project planning, and continuous improvement
initiatives.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li><\/ul>
<\/p>
Qualifications:<\/span><\/span><\/u><\/b>
<\/p>- Bachelor’s
or Master’s degree in Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Biomedical
Sciences, or related field.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - 4+
years of post -college industry laboratory experience required.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - Experience supporting <\/span>stability studies, assay development, or diagnostic/biotech laboratory environments<\/span><\/b> preferred.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - Hands -on
experience with Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and In Situ Hybridization (ISH)
is ideal.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - Strong
experimental design, troubleshooting, data analysis, and technical
reporting skills.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - Ability
to work independently and collaboratively in a cross -functional team
environment.<\/span><\/span>
