Job Title: Research Associate Temp
Pay Rate: $35-38/ Hour
Location: Belmont, MA
Duration: 6 months
Shift: Standard Business Hours
 

Job Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

• Develop ocular formulations and associated manufacturing processes for pre-clinical and clinical applications

• Perform day-to-day research activities under appropriate supervision

• Collaborate cross-functionally with analytical and technical teams

• Generate, analyze, and summarize data to support project advancement

• Interpret complex data sets and provide well-supported recommendations for development efforts

• Present experimental plans, results, and conclusions to project stakeholders

• Build technical expertise in ocular drug product formulation and delivery systems

• Stay current with scientific literature related to ocular drug delivery and formulation science

Required Skills & Knowledge

• Solid understanding of fundamental biopharmaceutical principles related to drug product development

• Hands-on experience with formulation techniques, laboratory-scale processing equipment, and unit operations

• Intermediate proficiency in applied statistical analysis

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Required Education & Experience

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or a related scientific discipline

Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant industry experience
