You'll be digging into market opportunities, untangling regulatory requirements, and turning complex research into clear, actionable insights for leadership. Key Responsibilities

Market Research & Growth Analysis

• Conduct market research and assess opportunities for expansion
• Evaluate partnership opportunities with healthcare providers and referral sources
• Analyze reimbursement structures, regulatory trends, and industry developments

Regulatory & Compliance Research

• Research licensing, enrollment, accreditation, and compliance requirements across various markets
• Review and interpret regulations, policies, and operational guidelines
• Cross-reference information from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and compliance

Reporting & Strategic Support

• Gather, organize, and present research findings to leadership teams
• Develop reports, recommendations, and implementation plans for new initiatives
• Collaborate with operations and leadership to support strategic decision-making

Qualifications

• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to interpret complex information
• Background in healthcare, compliance, operations, business analysis, or research preferred
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and research tools
