Job Summary

This role supports technical research and manufacturing programs by generating and evaluating laboratory-scale samples, conducting testing, operating equipment, and maintaining accurate documentation. The role provides timely technical information to support research, product development, manufacturing, and equipment scale-up activities while following all safety and quality requirements.

Job Description

• Generate, process, and evaluate laboratory-scale samples for research, product development, customer, and manufacturing programs.
• Perform laboratory and product testing and evaluations.
• Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain laboratory and processing equipment.
• Support equipment scale-up and production-related activities.
• Maintain accurate equipment logs, laboratory notebooks, test records, and electronic files.
• Conduct internet, literature, and technical information searches to support research and problem-solving.
• Follow Environmental, Health, and Safety requirements, SOPs, Responsible Care principles, and site guidelines.
• Manage multiple assignments and changing priorities while working with multiple technical supervisors.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, research, and cross-functional teams.
• Communicate directly with internal customers as needed.

Skills Required

• Laboratory, process, or product testing experience in a research, manufacturing, or technical environment.
• Ability to operate, troubleshoot, and maintain laboratory or processing equipment.
• Strong documentation, organization, and recordkeeping skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.
• Ability to work effectively with limited supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective collaboration and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, accuracy, and timely execution.

Education/Training/Certifications

• Relevant technical, laboratory, science, or manufacturing-related education or training preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant technical experience may be considered.

Additional Requirements

• Must be able to pass drug screenings and criminal background checks.
• Start Time: 08:00 AM
• Must be able to work safely in a laboratory and technical manufacturing environment.
• Must follow all applicable safety, quality, SOP, and site requirements.
• Ability to work with multiple technical supervisors and cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy required.

Pay Rate/Salary

• Estimated Salary: $19.12 to $27.12 per hour. Compensation will be offered within this posted range based on experience, skills, and market factors.
