About the Opportunity

We are hiring Reservations Specialists to support customers with booking requests, schedule changes, account questions, and general travel-related assistance.

This position is primarily phone-based and involves working with customers who are already contacting the company for help. You will guide them through available options, enter reservation details, and make sure their information is accurately documented.

Previous travel industry experience is not required. Training will be provided.

Hours Available

Weekday Day Shift
Monday through Friday
9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Weekday Evening Shift
Monday through Friday
3:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Weekend Schedule
Saturday through Tuesday
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

What You'll Be Doing

• Handle incoming reservation and service calls
• Assist customers with new and existing bookings
• Review dates, availability, and scheduling options
• Make changes to customer accounts and reservations
• Enter notes and booking details into the system
• Answer questions about available services
• Help customers determine the appropriate next step
• Transfer or escalate requests that require additional assistance

What We're Looking For

• Are comfortable using a computer throughout the day
• Can type and enter information accurately
• Are dependable and able to maintain a consistent schedule
• Learn new software and procedures quickly
• Are at least 18 years old

Experience in hospitality, reservations, hotels, travel, customer service, retail, sales, front desk, office support, or call center environments is helpful, but not required.
