Texas College is seeking applicants for the position of Residence Center Manager beginning Fall 2026. Full time and part time positions are available. Residence Center Managers maintain an atmosphere in the residence halls that is conducive to living and learning. Assists in projects designed to enhance the quality of student life for residence hall students. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: the residence center manager is responsible for the daily administration of the residence hall facilities, operations and programs; must take the initiative in establishing friendly personal and work relations with his/her co-workers; completes room assignments during scheduled pre-housing; works closely with the residence life director in making and filing various reports; residence center manager must greet guests, parents and other visitors and assist them in locating friends and relatives; must secure the residence hall exit and entrance doors during the hours of his/her shift and record all incidents on the Daily Log; other responsibilities as assigned.
