The Residence Hall Desk Assistant (DA) serves as the first point of contact for students, guests, and visitors entering the residence halls. Desk Assistants play a vital role in creating a safe, secure, and welcoming residential community by monitoring building access, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the daily operations of the Office of Residence Life.
