What You'll Do

As a Caregiver / Resident Assistant, you'll make a meaningful impact by:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility

• Building relationships with residents while providing compassionate, person-centered care

• Encouraging social engagement and participation in activities

• Helping create a safe, welcoming, and comfortable environment

• Working closely with nurses and fellow team members to deliver exceptional care

Qualifications

We're looking for compassionate, dependable people who enjoy helping others.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED

• At least 6 months of experience as a Caregiver, CNA, HHA, PCA, PCT, DSP, Resident Assistant, or in a similar direct care role

• Certification is not required

• Memory Care experience is a plus

Full-Time, Part-Time & PRN Opportunities Available

We're hiring for multiple schedules to fit your availability.

PRN Requirements:

• Work a minimum of 3 shifts within a 30-day period

• Work 1 weekend shift

• Work 1 major holiday
