    Position: Resident Assistant
    Location: Geneva Lake Manor, Lake Geneva, Wisconsin
    Schedule: Flexible-Part Time

    Job Summary
    We are seeking a responsible and motivated Resident Assistant to join our team in Lake Geneva, WI. The Resident Assistant will play a key role in fostering a safe, inclusive, and engaging living environment for residents. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, leadership, and the ability to support and guide residents throughout their stay.

    • $16.00 - $17.00 per hour, depending on experience

    Key Responsibilities
    • Assist residents by passing meal trays and water.
    • Answering call lights.
    • Tidying rooms, bed making, stocking linens and escorting residents to various activities
    • Conduct regular rounds to ensure safety and well-being of residents.
    • Maintain accurate records and report incidents as necessary.
    • Collaborate with housing staff and other Resident Assistants to enhance the residential experience.

    Qualifications
    • Previous experience as a Resident Assistant or in a similar role preferred.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to handle conflict and emergency situations calmly and effectively.
    • Leadership qualities and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Commitment to fostering an inclusive and respectful community environment.
    • Must be reliable and dependable
