What You’ll Do

• Give hands-on help with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Keep the environment safe and comfortable while encouraging resident dignity, choice, and independence
• Watch for changes in residents’ physical or cognitive condition, document the care you provide, and share updates with nursing staff
• Support residents with higher care needs, using patience and compassion to promote comfort, engagement, and emotional well-being

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to communicate clearly in English
