Position: Leasing Consultant
City: San Francisco, CA
Range of Pay: $22.00 to $24.00
Hours are:
Mon-Fri: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
Weekend availability a must as schedules are subject to change

Job Summary:
We are hiring for an experienced Resident Services Associate for the multifamily property management industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for property management, exceptional customer service skills, and a strong sales acumen.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct property tours for potential tenants and highlight key features
- Assist in the leasing process from application to lease signing
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies
- Handle lease renewals and rental payments efficiently
- Responsible for compliance with all local, state, and federal agency regulations.
- Scheduling and conducting recertifications with residents.
- Entering and updating information in computer system.
- Following up on work orders.
- Maintaining files.
- Assisting with rent collections.
- Navigating resident concerns and escalating to the appropriate on-site representative.
Qualifications:- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of property management software, such as Yardi or OneSite
- CRM experience
