About the Role
As a Part-Time Resident Services Coordinator, you'll be the heartbeat of the community-planning events, engaging residents, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships and creating memorable experiences.

This is a part-time position with an anticipated schedule of 16 hours / week on Saturdays and Mondays.

What You'll Do

Resident Engagement
  • Plan and execute resident events.
  • Create newsletters and communications.
  • Welcome new residents and enhance their move-in experience.

Customer Service
  • Provide ongoing support to residents.
  • Address and resolve resident concerns.
  • Maintain professional communication with residents and prospects.

Marketing & Outreach
  • Promote the property through outreach and social media.
  • Build positive relationships with local businesses and vendors.

Administrative Support
  • Assist with phone calls, work orders, and rent processing.
  • Manage mail and package deliveries.
  • Coordinate clubhouse rentals and maintain supplies.

What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license may be required.
  • Minimum of one year experience in a customer service, sales, hospitality, or retail position.
  • Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Strong typing skills.
  • Superior customer service skills, including the ability to manage difficult customers and/or situations.
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities and adjust priorities on a daily basis.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings, and holidays.
