Wingate Management Company is seeking a compassionate and self-motivated Resident Services Coordinator to support residents at Somerville Community Corporation (SCC) and 100 Homes in Somerville, MA. This position will split time between both communities and is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, researching community resources, and developing programs and activities that enrich residents' lives.

What You'll Do

• Build positive relationships with residents and help connect them with community resources, programs, and services based on their individual needs.
• Proactively research local resources and organizations that may benefit residents.
• Develop enrichment opportunities, social activities, events, and other programs that encourage resident engagement and community connection.
• Help create and write resident newsletters, announcements, resource information, and other community communications.
• Build relationships with local agencies, nonprofits, service providers, and community organizations to expand available resident resources.
• Split time between Somerville Community Corporation (SCC) and 100 Homes while independently managing resident needs, programs, activities, and follow-up.

What We're Looking For

• Experience helping individuals connect with social services, community resources, housing resources, or other support programs.
• Self-motivated and resourceful with the initiative to research solutions and identify new resources for residents.
• Social services, human services, community outreach, resident services, or similar experience is helpful.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, organizational, and follow-through skills.
• Comfortable developing resident activities, enrichment ideas, newsletters, and community programming.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
