•* Proven experience as a residential carpentry

•* Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, materials, and building codes.

•* Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.

•* Excellent communication, and organizational skills.

•* Proficiency in the use of hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment.

•* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.

•* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
