Job Summary
The residential community coordinator is responsible for two or more residence halls or non-traditional residential housing locations. This position serves as a role model, facilitator, leader, and essential employee in the effective operation of the Residential Life program.
The residential community coordinator is an at-will employee who is appointed to a year-round, full-time, live-in position. The residential community coordinator recognizes that their primary residence in Lindenwood's housing is a required term and condition of employment, and that the residential community coordinator's right to Lindenwood housing terminates upon the residential community coordinator's separation from employment as a residential community coordinator. The residential community coordinator agrees to abide by the terms and conditions set forth in the Lindenwood Housing Contract and Lindenwood's Residential Housing Policies and Procedures, including any and all occupancy limits set forth in those agreements.
