Residential Construction ManagerThe Residential Construction Manager - Boston, MA - $150k is responsible for overseeing all on-site construction activities from preconstruction through project completion. They coordinate with internal leadership, Project Managers, architects, designers, and subcontractors. They develop and maintain detailed project schedules and production timelines. They manage site logistics, materials, deliveries, and inventory control. They lead weekly production meetings and provide consistent progress updates. They ensure projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards. They maintain accurate project documentation (daily logs, RFIs, photos, safety records). They should have proven experience managing high-end remodeling or large-scale construction projects. They should have strong leadership across subcontractors, trades, and carpentry teams. They should have client-facing experience with strong communication and relationship management skills. They should be proficient in scheduling, budgeting, and quality control processes. Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License (CSL) is required. RRP Certification is required. Experience with Procore or similar construction management software is preferred.
