Construction Site ManagerJoin a well-established, design-driven residential builder specializing in custom homes, large-scale renovations, historic restorations, and estate services. With a strong reputation for craftsmanship and collaboration, they partner closely with architects, designers, and homeowners to deliver highly customized projects. The company employs ~60 people, generates $12M+ in annual revenue, and is consistently recognized as a top workplace in the Boston area.Oversee all on-site construction activities from preconstruction through project completion. Coordinate with internal leadership, Project Managers, architects, designers, and subcontractors. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and production timelines. Manage site logistics, materials, deliveries, and inventory control. Lead weekly production meetings and provide consistent progress updates. Ensure projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards. Maintain accurate project documentation (daily logs, RFIs, photos, safety records). Proven experience managing high-end remodeling or large-scale construction projects. Strong leadership across subcontractors, trades, and carpentry teams. Client-facing experience with strong communication and relationship management skills. Proficiency in scheduling, budgeting, and quality control processes. Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License (CSL) required. RRP Certification required. Experience with Procore or similar construction management software preferred. Open to candidates from luxury residential, commercial, or multifamily backgrounds.Competitive base salary up to $150,000. 401(k) with employer contribution. Profit sharing program.
