JOB DUTIES:
Provide over-the-top customer service which includes working with our customers from the estimate phase to project completion.
Committed to earning repeat and referral business through providing excellent customer service.
Meet and exceed sales performance goals by providing customers with solutions, and creating happy customers!
Provide estimates for repair or replacement of existing equipment or systems, including providing multiple "Good, Better, Best" options.
Design and sell custom solutions for main electrical panel upgrades, whole-home rewiring, EV (Electric Vehicle) charger installations, and smart home upgrades.
Maintain yearly completed sales of $1,200,000 or more.
Work with customers to answer questions regarding estimates in a timely manner and log the follow-up in CRM software (ServiceTitan).
Communicate clearly and collaborate with our install coordinator and licensed electrical installation teams.
Requirements & Skills Needed:
Must be dependable and honest.
Must be customer-service oriented and motivated.
2+ years of highly successful in-home sales experience (Electrical, HVAC, Solar, or Home Improvement preferred).
Must be comfortable talking with customers (homeowners) and professionally educating them on their repair/replacement options.
Must be capable and able of completing invoices and proposals digitally in a timely and accurate manner.
Confident and professional communication skills.
Experience with and able to navigate mobile devices (Apple products).
