Compensation: $24.00 to $30.00 per hour, depending on experience, plus additional earning opportunities through spiffs, commissions, and incentives.

Horne Heating and Air Conditioning is expanding our residential services and looking for a skilled electrician to join our Charlotte team. A Journeyman license is not required. What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and diagnose residential electrical issues
• Perform electrical installations, service work, and repairs
• Install and replace outlets, switches, lighting, fixtures, and other electrical components
• Assist with electrical panel, circuit, and wiring projects based on experience and qualifications
• Identify electrical safety concerns and recommend appropriate solutions
• Communicate findings and service recommendations clearly with homeowners
• Complete work according to applicable electrical codes and safety standards
• Maintain accurate job documentation and keep company tools and equipment organized
• Work with the team to ensure quality workmanship and customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For

• Previous hands-on experience in residential electrical installation, service, or troubleshooting
• Strong understanding of residential wiring, circuits, and electrical components
• Ability to diagnose electrical problems and complete work safely
• Familiarity with electrical codes and proper installation practices
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Professional communication and customer service abilities
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to quality workmanship
• Comfortable working in attics, crawlspaces, confined spaces, and varying weather conditions
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving history
• Willingness to continue learning and developing electrical skills

A Journeyman license is not required for this position. Candidates must be able to perform assigned electrical work in accordance with applicable licensing and supervision requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with residential electrical service calls and troubleshooting
• ServiceTitan experience
• Possession of, or ability to acquire, required electrical tools
• Bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish
