This is a Direct Hire role.Escrow Officer Job Responsibilities Candidate will be responsible for bringing residential and commercial escrows to a close.Read closing instructions and balance file.Prepare documents for closing, recording, and issuing all checks.Contact title company, lenders, and customers with questions and issues to resolve.Responsible for receiving closing packages from notary signers.Review closing documents for accuracy and send out funding documents.Handle the complete disbursement and follow‑up of all escrow transactions.Review title to confirm liens are released, or the appropriate documentation is received.Prepare title policy and review recordings for accuracy and forward the complete file to the County Recorder or internal Recording Department.Qualifications 3+ years title/escrow experience.Signing authority is a must.Excellent computer skills.Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work well in a team environment.High level multi‑tasking and ability to prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
